No prior VTuber experience is required! We welcome both newcomers and experienced creators. What matters most is your passion for entertainment, creativity, and willingness to learn. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your virtual persona and streaming skills.

We provide complete support including professional 3D/2D avatar creation and rigging, technical equipment and streaming setup, dedicated computers and software, marketing and promotional assistance, content planning guidance, community management support, and ongoing training for skill development.

As a VCross Virtual Idol, you'll participate in live streaming (gaming, chatting, singing), virtual concerts and events, collaborative content with other talents, music recording and production, fan interaction sessions, brand partnerships, social media content creation, and special virtual reality experiences.

We will provide technical support to ensure you have everything needed for high-quality content creation. Our team offers comprehensive technical assistance and guidance for equipment setup and optimization.

Our audition process includes: 1) Online application submission with basic information and motivation, 2) Voice and personality assessment through video interviews, 3) Creative skills evaluation and improvisation tests, 4) Trial streaming sessions to assess your on-camera presence, 5) Final interview discussing your goals and fit with our company culture. The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
